CHALLENGE
Onboarding new employees to tech teams
always requires additional effort in onboarding
and training to align them to different job roles
as per the need. Since this is a regular effort for
the organization and periodic training initiatives
were planned every quarter, the organization
wanted to find a time-saving and cost-efficient
solution while being highly effective.
Resolution
After several in-depth discussions focusing around client needs, technologies, and onboarding
requirements, we identified the need for customized learning paths for programming skills. The training
programs are set to start before the actual onboarding so that early learning interventions can be made
based on the progress and learning analytics.
