The client is an American-based multinational digital communications technology conglomerate corporation headquartered in San Jose, California. They specialize in specific tech markets, such as the Internet of Things, domain security, energy management etc, and is one of the largest technology companies in the world ranking 74 on the Fortune 100 with over $51 billion in revenue.
They announced their digital transformation in 2020, which introducing three new business portfolios to accommodate fast-evolving technologies and customer lifestyle and preferences. This development prompted the need to digitally upskill its employees rather quickly. However, some of their previous L&D strategies had yielded lower adoption rates, they were looking for a strategic partner who could help resolve this rather quickly.
