A Century old American Multinational Technology Company with operations in over 150+ countries has approached us for a solution to complement their continuous learning efforts which were happening in a blended mode.
CHALLENGE
With a shift in learning efforts going completely online, the client’s new-hire training and continuous-learning efforts were happening in a blended mode. The program required the learners to practice both during instructor-led and self-paced learning. The challenges were

Resolution
