ABOUT
Founded in 1864, our client is a multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Paris, France. With an overall strength of around 150,000 employees, the client had a requirement to execute full-stack training for campus hires in the most cost-effective way.
CHALLENGE
The company has a wide range of talent being hired every quarter and needs robust and state-of-the-art training sessions for employees old and new. Primarily focused on new campus hires, the client’s expectation could be summed up – Help us train and equip the new hires for minimal hand-holding during and after the joining.

Resolution
After carefully evaluating our client’s needs, and deep discussions, we came up with a customized resolution in three phases.

Phase 1
Learn before join
In this phase, the labs were set up for new joiners to get acquainted with the organization. The learners were introduced to our client’s organizational policies incrementally.

Phase 2
Mentor sessions
In this phase, we facilitated mentorship to the new joiners from mentors experienced in the finance industries. These sessions prepared the learners mentally as they learned from a wide range of experience and domain knowledge of these mentors.

Phase 3
Project work
We created virtual tech
labs with all the resources
and technologies that the
learner would potentially
be using once they join.
An individual would get
the opportunity and
environment to get better
acquainted and practice
before they could join the
