CHALLENGE
The client valued continuous learning; however, most learning initiatives were happening on
adhoc basis with multiple vendors for content and assessments. Their biggest challenges working
in this model were:
- Lack of structure in terms of learning journeys for individuals
- Difficulty in measuring and monitoring the impact of learning initiatives, the client was unable to map learning initiatives with learning outcomes
- As content and assessments were happening in silos, it was difficult to identify skill gaps and training recommendations based on them
Resolution
During the discussions with the client, it was discovered that there needs to be a connect between
learning and assessments to measure learning comprehension and thereby map the impact of
initiatives with outcomes. There was a clear need for an integrated learning management system which
could give an overview of all L&D efforts across the organization.
STEP 1
- Set up Learning Management System for 1000+ learners to facilitate continuous learning
- Offer access to the rich library of content across 3000+ IT courses
- Integrate assessments along with courses and learning paths
STEP 2
- Give access to 40,000+ pooled cloud lab hours to offer flexible usage of cloud labs across the organization for hands-on learning
- Reporting and analytics to give a clear overview on learner progress, returns on learning, and other key metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives
- Course and learning path recommendation based on the learner progress and learning journey
