The client had a need to train their new hires at scale, earlier, they were working along with a partner in the industry for learning content and program design, however their biggest challenges were:
- Lack of structure in terms of learning journey for new hires
- Human touch to training was missing which caused drop-offs
- Instead of multiple courses in a learning path, they wanted a single course/program that covers all essential technologies needed for new hires both in pre-boarding and on-boarding
